Cosmetic Forehead and Browlift Surgery in Westchester County, New York
Rejuvenation of the forehead and eyebrows have undergone significant changes in the era of minimally invasive surgery. In Dr. Greenwald's practice, a traditional "long-inciison" brow lift is rarely if ever indicated. Dr. Greenwalde prefers to perform an endoscopic browlift utilizing 3-4 small inciisons and the aid of a small camera or endoscope to elevate the medial and lateral eyebrows.
In many situations, elevation of the lateral brow is all that is needed or desired. For these pateints, a lateral subcutaneous browlift may be performed. Small incisions are placed in the hairline allowing precise elevation of the lateral brow. Browlift surgery is frequently but not always combined with upper eyelid surgery and other facial rejuvenation procedures.
